
Our Training
We offer a range of training sessions suitable for runners of all abilities!
Our main session takes place on Tuesday evenings, meeting at Wingate Square, Clapham Old Town, at 7:15pm for a 7:30pm start.
On Sunday mornings we meet outside The Alexandra pub by Clapham Common Underground at 9:00am for a longer run.
And on the last Thursday of each month, we hold a paid track session at Battersea Millennium Arena — again, 7:15pm for a 7:30pm start.

Tuesday
Tuesdays are our main club session. We offer a variety of sessions depending on where we are in the month. We always meet at Wingate Square, Clapham Old Town.
- Main Session
- First Tuesday – Timed 5km in Battersea Park
- Last Tuesday – Hills Session
- All other Tuesdays – Intervals on Clapham Common (and occasionally sessions in Battersea Park)
- Social 5k – a guided 5km around Clapham
- Longer Run – depending on demand
Sunday
We also offer a long run, typically around 10 miles (16km), at a pace of 9:30-10 min/mile (5:55-6:15 min/km). The run will be a circular route, ending back in Clapham, with other transport options along the way if you don't fancy the whole thing.

Last Thursday of the Month
Our Run Leaders run a track session at Battersea Park running track (a track fee of £6 applies).
This session is appropriate for runners of all abilities and is a great way of improving your speed and fitness!
